  • Whilst we try to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete, we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the information on this site.

  • We advise you to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it.

Payment Types

  • We accept payments in PayPal, credit card, and wire transfer.

Refunds

  • You can cancel your order at any time before the dispatch by contacting us via contact form.

  • Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to purchases of  books personalised with the author’s autograph or an inscription. You will need to have the record of purchase in order to receive a refund.

  • We do not accept a refund request if the request is made after 3 days of receiving, and if there’s prominent damage at the timing of unpackaging.

  • We will make sure the product is not in faulty condition upon dispatch. We will not be responsible for the damage caused during the delivery by the delivery company.

  • Furthermore, we cannot accept cancellations for any digital items once downloading has commenced.

  • In any other circumstances, refunds for a subscription will be entirely at the discretion of the author.
